Our standard debris boxes hold up to 14 cubic yards—about the same as five full-size pickup truck loads.

Each box is designed for bulky waste, furniture, and debris from cleanouts, evictions, and minor construction. You can fill the box level to the top edge. Overfilling or stacking items above the rim may result in safety issues or additional charges. If you're unsure whether your load will fit, just ask—we’ll help you plan the right size.

In many cities, yes—a temporary permit is required to place a debris box in the street or public right-of-way.

Permit requirements vary by city or county. If you're placing the box in a driveway or on private property, no permit is usually needed. If you need it placed curbside, let us know your address and we’ll help determine whether a permit is required and how to get one. We can assist with documentation or placement guidance as needed.

Yes. You can load mattresses, furniture, and oversized household items into the debris box.

We accept bulky waste, including couches, tables, bed frames, and mattresses. However, some items (like mattresses) may be subject to a state recycling surcharge or special handling fee. Please let us know in advance if you’re disposing of multiple mattresses or unusually heavy items like appliances, and we’ll make sure everything is handled properly.

Safety and Compliance

  •  Must be placed in legal, accessible area
  • Permit required if staged on public street—customer’s responsibility
  • Overfilled boxes will not be hauled until corrected
  • Overweight boxes may require customer to remove material before pickup
  • Forensiclean is not liable for driveway, sidewalk, or landscape damage from box placement
