Whether the work involves mental health outreach, elder care, grief support, or housing transition, we’re here as part of the support team—not just the cleanup crew. We can align timing, communication, and scene management with your client’s emotional needs and care plan. If you’re a provider helping someone in crisis, we’ll work with you to make the process as safe and manageable as possible. Learn More About Our Trauma-Informed Approach
Yes, but we recommend staying away for safety and emotional wellbeing.
You can stay nearby or designate a contact. We’ll update you by phone or text based on your preferences.
We do everything possible to preserve, clean, or inventory sentimental items when it’s safe to do so.
If personal belongings like photos, heirlooms, or letters are present at a scene, we’ll assess whether they’re salvageable. Items that can be safely decontaminated will be cleaned with care. If an item poses a health risk and must be disposed of, we’ll inform you first—and, when appropriate, provide photos or documentation. Our team approaches every scene with respect and understands that some things can’t be replaced. Read About Our Compassionate Process
