4. Payment & Invoicing
Unless otherwise stated in a service contract:
- Payment is due upon completion of service or as invoiced
- Delinquent payments may incur interest or collection actions
- All prices are subject to change based on scope adjustments, travel, or disposal fees
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved invoicing for government or business clients.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service:
- Notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance
- Same-day cancellations incur a fee
- Emergencies will be handled with flexibility whenever possible
Forensiclean reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety hazards, or staff availability.
6. Health, Safety, and Legal Compliance
Our services comply with:
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030)
- DOT transport and disposal regulations
- HIPAA-aligned privacy practices
- Local and state hazardous waste laws
Clients must inform us of known risks (e.g., pest infestations, active structural damage, or criminal investigations) prior to job start.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forensiclean shall not be liable for:
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Delays due to third-party vendors, government hold-ups, or weather
- Information users post or submit on this site
Any claim related to our services must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, video, service descriptions, and graphics—is the property of Forensiclean LLC unless otherwise credited. No portion may be copied, modified, or distributed without express written permission.
